A classe Reflection Manager funciona no flash CS3 + AS3, quanto aos efeitos nem todos vao funcionar no Flash, mas existem algumas classes de animaçao como o TweenLite que faz o resto dos efeitos de uma forma bem simples... procura pelo tweenLite :) Abraço.
